KFC in Sedalia

Tables were dirty, buffet looked really low, overdone and unappetizing. The last couple of times it had been better and we had started going back. But this time was really bad again

We went there today. They were busy and had a hard time keeping chicken and biscuits on the food bar. I forgot my purse in KFC when I left. . I called them once I realized that I had left it about a hour later.... The lady informed me that my purse was found and was in the office. I got there to get it, I was impressed with all the honesty among the personnel that was working g today. I appreciate the honesty. Nothing was taken from my purse even though I had cash and credit cards in it. Thank You KFC employees and the lady that found it too! !!! You ladies and guys are great! !Returned there to eat on Dec 23 for lunch. The staff kept the place clean and the food bar was not empty at any time. They kept busy and did a very nice job.

What a joke! Disgusting dining area, buffet food left out 2+ hours after buffet time ended, ICE COLD food, completely inebriated staff. This is one of the very worst fast food experiences that I've ever had.

O ly drive threw open very slim and narrow every time forget part of my order so then spend another hour on the phone and go back to get what I pay for news flash my 25 dollar order pays your hourley wage

I went there on a Monday about 4pm. I wanted 2 pot pies and was told it would be 45 mins before they would be ready and was told to come back. This was dinner time. And I live 25 miles away. No I am not going to come back. This has happened before to me at least 3 times before. If It's on the menu you should have the product ready. This is the reason I don't go there very often

Well, I have been to several KFC buffets throughout the country... This one by far is the worst... The ORIGINAL chicken was NOT original and the crispy chicken was even worse... They hardly pay ANY ATTENTION to the buffet and seemed like they RARELY change out the old food... DEFINITELY NOT worth they money... They don't check on the table to wipe them down after a person leaves... EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK & FEND FOR YOURSELF... The best thing about the buffet was the potato salad...

New management, new look and food was good

As I was in the drive thru I had to tell then just a second several times and I ended up getting the 12 piece tender bucket. When I got home I only had 10 tenders that were cold. Then as I try to call and notify them about it they refused to answer the phone. Bad for business and horrible customer service.

They were out of dark meat, brown gravy, and spoons when we went. Thankfully they had everything my husband liked and I am not picky, but to be completely out of dark meat seemed a little saddening to me, considering my two favorite things are dark meat and brown gravy.

Out of chicken tenders and ice for drinks. Really?!

Food was pretty decent but the workers were absolutely awful. I hadn't been to KFC in about 7 years so I needed about 2 minutes to look at the menu. There weren't any cars behind me and I was being polite but the woman kept having a snotty attitude and asking what I want a lot. I understand drive times are important but I just needed a minute to look. I'd respond with "I'm sorry ma'am, may I have a minute to look at the menu?" When she took my order, she wasn't kind. It sounded like a different person than who was asking me initially and she was being "nice" in a sarcastic way. I pulled up to the window and nicely asked for a military discount and she just took my card and was kind of mean. The manager came over and had a bad attitude towards the worker. These ladies overall had such a mean attitude. Im thankful that they're working and still getting paid during all of this, but please just treat people with more respect.

This place was filthy. They're doing construction, but that's no excuse for the dirty tables. The buffet was terrible. No macaroni and cheese on the buffet. People were waiting for chicken. It had empty pans on it. Don't waste your time. The workers were rude and acted like they hated their jobs. Guess what? If you hate your job, find another one. Don't take it out on the customers.

Went in this evening for dinner. Casher was very rude. Ordered buffey. Every time me an wife went up. There was a wait at the counter for them to put chicken out. You had to ask for it. Never seen any chicken gizzards. Ask for them at least 3 times. There was very of the other food on the bar.the service was very poor. The employees were rude.it was not good.the floors were dirty. While iwas waitingto ask for chicken i the round buckets for the chicken laying on the floor and they were using them. Off the dirty floor and putting food in them and serving it to customers. Sp we left.im writing you to let you know of my experience.im not the only customer that witnessed this. But i dont think i will be going back for a while. But if i do and experience this or anything like this again i will turn it into the health dept.

Had hair in my mashed potatoes after getting a regular meal. Was going to get the buffet and changed our minds. Buffet area was almost empty and unclean-looking, so we opted for actual meals. Not any better because the order was wrong and then had hair in it! Inconvenient Location to get to, also. Could be good IF they they made employees adhere to cleaner standards and wear hair nets!

Paula was so helpful when I was there... I couldn’t make up my mind and she told me how wonderful everything was... so I bought a little of everything... she also recommended their cinnamon biscuits and boy was she right!!!! I could eat there all the time!!! Big thanks to you Paula ♥️♥️♥️

Good food but leaking roof can cause an accident. Needs fixed !!

Food was hot, normal KFC, dining area was dirty, 2;00 in afternoon dirty tables, floor needed swept badly.

Ask for two breast paid for two received a wing and a leg. Had I not been miles away I would have returned and returned it.

Poor service overall. This store could benefit from having at least one more adult shift leader coordinating the front line. There were several teenage employees not sure about what to do walking around. When asked about filling up the empty buffet spots they could only respond with needing to speak to their manager about it. I understand drive thru orders can be time consuming when busy, but if you have that many employees on clock, someone should be able to direct walk-in traffic as well. There were so many other issues about this visit I could list. At least one of the teenagers was able to keep filling up the chicken on the buffet. Chase was very helpful and friendly. He was the only one cleaning the lobby and actually helping customers. Sadly, I had to ask his name when he helped me because none of the employees had name tags!! The commercials are fun and all. But I am not sure the people working there are having much fun. 👎🏻

Potatoes tasted old the chicken was extremely greasy. It was greasier than normal almost like water running out of it with every bite.

I was very pleased. I went in on 8-12-9019 around 1230pm. Went to the counter and had a wonderful greeting. Super nice people. We got buffet and the kitchen staff immediately went and checked and started refilling it with fresh items and topping off cold items that were low. It was very clean. I had a great experience and will be back!! I was very pleased with the staff!!! Keep it up you guys are rocking it!!

Everytime I go to eat here they are out of chicken tenders and the bathroom is a mess. Tonight even after the recent remodel it was no different. We did have a nice young man taking our orders, but his manager sure was hateful. Food was alright , definitely not as good as it could be.

Best food from this place that we have ever had. The chicken was fresh and the coleslaw was crunchy instead of chewy. Loved it!

Staff were rude, scruffy, dirty! The restaurant itself was dirty, tables, chairs and the restrooms...🤮 I won't be going again and I'd strongly advise you don't either. Food was average. Genuinely didn't want to touch anything (door handles etc) on the way out.

Haven’t been there for several years. Heard under new management. Went through drive through. Speaker is old and lady was hateful because she couldn’t hear me. Got my order and drove home. No green beans even though she repeated it back to me. Called store and told her. Her reply was, “Oh ok.” She then hung up. Chicken dried out with weird looking skin. Afraid to eat it. Threw it all in the trash.

Its ok, I think there is better options but you get what you expect, and its just that. Not necessarily bad, but not super by any means.

The buffet was ok. I was hoping for a few more items to pick from. Bathrooms needed attention though with graffiti and items not well maintained.

I went through the drive thru and the girl taking orders was rude but the food was good, hot, and fresh. I had to drive all the way home and expected to have to toss it in the microwave but it was still fairly hot!
